Windows Driver Installer Error Messages
| Error Message | Description | Solution |
0x00000103 | The driver is already installed. | Remove the driver and perform the installation wizard procedure again. Otherwise, perform a manual installation. |
0xE000020B | The device connected to PC via USB cable does not match with the driver you are installing. | Please choose the correct printer model during the installation, or download the correct driver package. |
0xE000022F | The driver is not digitally signed. The operating system you are running requires digitally signed drivers. | Check on our website for a newer driver release. Otherwise contact support. |
0xE000023F | During the installation procedure (for Windows Vista or 7), you receive a message warning that the driver you are installing is not certified. Probably, you have clicked DON’T INSTALL THIS DRIVER SOFTWARE. | Repeat the installation procedure and click: INSTALL THIS DRIVER SOFTWARE ANYWAY when you get the message.
